            Delegate Manchin moves to amend the amendment, on pages 1 and 2 by striking our subdivision (1) in its entirety, and inserting in lieu thereof, the following:

            (1) A permanent physical injury rated at a total who person impairment level of at least ten percent (10%) as determined by the trier of fact.”
